The Hauptkonzert (Grand Concert) is the premier musical event of the 65th National Saengerfest of the Nord Amerikanischer Sängerbund (NASB). Held in San Antonio, Texas on May 2, 2026 at 4 p.m. at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, Lila Cockrell Theatre, this concert brings together singers from NASB member choirs across North America to celebrate the rich tradition of German-American choral music.
About the Hauptkonzert
The Hauptkonzert features the combined festival choir, composed of participating singers from NASB Sängerbund choirs. Under the direction of the festival conductors, these singers perform a carefully selected repertoire prepared in advance for the Sängerfest.
